What's the Process Like?

  1. Send me an email with your commission idea and references to get the project started!

  2. I will give you a sample rough sketch and a price and time estimate.

  3. Once we settle on the sketch, I will send you my payment details.

  4. Once the full payment is received, I will officially get started on the piece.

  5. Throughout the commission, I will send WIPs with flat colours and shading to make sure we get the best result possible.

  6. Enjoy your new artwork!

Tips for the best result

  • Multiple clear references are key to a smooth process! Multiple references of your character and specific pose & background references go a long way to make the process easier.

  • Let me know if there's a story behind your idea - it's more fun to work on something with a background in mind and it will help the artwork to be more authentic to your vision!

Important Notes

Please make sure to read & agree with these terms before contacting me~

  • I only work in my style.

  • I currently accept PayPal only - additional PayPal fees may apply. Prices are in CAD.

  • Full payment is required after a rough sketch is approved. The final image will be sent by email.

  • Major revisions (such as character pose) are only available in the early sketch stage. Colours can only be changed before flat shading is approved.

  • Turnaround times may vary - please let me know if you have a deadline.

  • Private use of commissioned artworks only! Unless discussed otherwise.

  • Please let me know if you don’t want your project to be shared - I would love to shared commissioned work on my platforms & in my portfolio.
